We have been looking for a house for about 3 years. With the prices dropping and great interest rates we thought this would be a good time to buy. So, we put offers in on the following 3 houses. The houses are located in San Elijo Hills, which will be a pretty big commute for Jim. The schools are excellent and the price per square footage is really good. We are excited, but nervous about the process.

Just by looking at the outside I like the first one. I like the big porch and the garage in the back. Good Luck!
