Labor Day!

Today we decided to have each person in our family choose an activity for the day.  I decided to go on a hike.  The girls wanted to go to Souplantation for lunch, and Jim wanted to have a bowling tournament on the wii.  We had a really fun day!!

Heading up to the trail for our hike..

This is almost the exact spot Danika did a knee skid on the way back down.  Poor kid!

We had to abandon the stroller...too treacherous!

Gidget even came along for the hike!

Danika was a trooper...this hill had a very steep incline.

We all made it to the top

Gidget got so tired that Kennedy had to carry her back down the hill...we found out later that she had a few stickers in her paw :(

Let the Bowling begin...check out the form on everyone!

And the Winner is???? Madison, way to go!

The day ended with this amazing rainbow right outside our back window.
